Youngest Master of Spiritual Help Foundation, Ameen Shwetambari is the daughter of Guruji Acharya Shri Dhyan Ameen ji and Guru Maa. She was born on 4th November 2009 with a bright smile and a glowing face. When she was born, a bright white light emerged from her Third Eye and it lasted until she was of 40 days, infact everyone was astounded to see that bright white light and they used to meet her regularly. Being the daughter of Guruji Ameen Shwetambari had an advantage of experiencing meditation at an early stage of life and she still continues to practice it. When Ameen Shwetambari was 3 years old she could experience that how it feels to be in the form of Astral Body(Suksham Shareer) and could experience her true self. Ameen Shwetambari also had many other great experiences in meditation which are really very surprising. Being a school student, meditation also helps her a lot to focus in studies and in staying away from various distractions in the materialistic world.
