Ameen Saarthi who is Reiki and Lama Fera Grandmaster was inquisitive to know about life and life cycle since his childhood, started his Spiritual journey in the year 1998 when he was attuned for the Reiki Healing, apart from this he also knows other healing modalities.

He started meditating in the year 2015 but he got growth in his Spiritual Practices after meeting his Guru Acharya Shri Dhayan Aameen Ji.

He owes his spiritual journey to his Guru under whose guidance Mukesh learned different forms of Meditations like: 7 Chakra, Samadhi, Third Eye, Yoga Nidra, and Brahma Leen etc.

He considers himself fortunate to be part of the Spiritual Help Foundation family.
