Seven Chakra Meditation

STEP 1 – Sit comfortably keeping your spine straight. Chant Bheej mantra of each Chakra for 2 minutes focusing on every Chakra.

Step 2 – Next you have to see or visualize the colour of each Chakra for two minutes (you have to spend 2 minutes on every chakra).

Step 3 – Become absolutely quite and peaceful for the next 15 minutes.

You can progress very fast in your spiritual journey and within a span of few days you can delve deep into Samadhi State. It will give a new direction to your life.
